Caridon Property wins the Commitment to the Community award at the 2018 Croydon Business Excellence Awards

We are delighted to announce that we have won the award for Commitment to the Community at this year’s Croydon Business Excellence Awards. We were shortlisted for two of the prestigious awards and we are thrilled to have taken home a trophy on the night.

The awards take place annually and are now in their fourth year. They celebrate the achievements of the borough’s vibrant business community. At Caridon, we go the extra mile to support our tenants and we are far more than just a letting agency. We apply for funds for our tenants, help them with their household necessities, proving welcome packs for tenants including tea, coffee, and biscuits, and working with local colleges and employers for development opportunities.

It is this which we feel earnt us the Commitment to the Community award, as we are truly passionate about not only supporting homeless and vulnerable people but also working with other local businesses and add real value to our community, by building residential properties which support our tenants to success.
